I ignored the other reviews and ordered a pair, despite a growing consensus that these run abnormally narrow. I figured "hey, I have narrower-than-average feet, so I'll be fine."



Wrong.



First off, I wear nothing but Merrells (except for my running shoes), so I'm a HUGE fan, to say the least. I'm usually an 11D (10.5D in rare cases), but these boots were crushing my feet as far as width goes. Length was fine. I'm sure they'd be amazingly comfortable, but they do in fact run pretty narrow.



If there was a wide option, I'd exchange them in a heartbeat, but I guess I'll have to settle for a refund and look for other Merrell offerings.
