review

Playing basketball and working out is a way of life for me. It wasn't until recently when I decided to get a new pair of shoes that I saw these, and since they came in my size (16), I decided to purchase them. They look beautiful!

Looks: 9/10

- Shoes look great, but have an odd shape to them at the back

Comfort: 6/10

- First of all, the back of the shoe where your Achilles tendon lies commonly pushes inside the shoe when putting them on and it is rather uncomfortable. Secondly, the shoes take a long time to break in. They are very rigid, and not very comfortable to play sports in. I commonly found my toes squished at the top, which was not a good sign. Also, they are really low, so you're keen to roll your ankle easily if you're doing a lot of quick movements, it's happened to me a few times. They also aren't necessarily the best feeling workout shoes, and commonly feel more like street shoes

Overall 7/10:

The shoes are great. In their own way. They look nice, but comfort ability was akin to none. They have many issues, and although I have to remind myself they're only shoes, they need to work with the materials used. It takes a long time to actually break into the shoe, and I still have some issues from time to time. Would I recommend them? ....Yeah... up to you. If you're looking for a good pair of shoes that you can wear to the gym from time to time and occasionally play some pickup, sure I recommend them. If you're looking for a seasonal pair of shoes and ones you'd use daily for warmups and perhaps in game, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
